  1. 1/2 Cup of each of the Diced and Frozen Fruit
  2. Mango
  3. Banana
  4. Strawberry
  5. 1 Cup Coconut Water (Normal or Flavored)
  6. 1Tbsp Manassero Farms Raw Honey
  7. 1 tsp Flax seeds
  8. 1 tsp Chia seeds
  9. 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
