- 1/2 Cup of each of the Diced and Frozen Fruit
- Mango
- Banana
- Strawberry
- 1 Cup Coconut Water (Normal or Flavored)
- 1Tbsp Manassero Farms Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Flax seeds
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
