Anne’s Own Smoothie

- 1 ¼ Cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (I freeze my own)
- 1 medium banana (I freeze them when they are over-ripe)
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ cup low fat granola
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender and enjoy
- Great pre and post workout fare.
- Nutrition facts: I have no idea! I just know it’s yummy and filling.
