Ingredients
  1. 1 ¼ Cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (I freeze my own)
  2. 1 medium banana (I freeze them when they are over-ripe)
  3. 1 Cup water
  4. 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
  5. 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  6. ¼ cup low fat granola
  7. 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and enjoy
Notes
  1. Great pre and post workout fare.
  2. Nutrition facts: I have no idea! I just know it’s yummy and filling.
