Apple and Plum Yogurt

- 1 small apple peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 ripe plums, pitted
- 2 tbsp water
- 4-6 tbsp plain yougurt
- Put the apple and plums in a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer, covered, for 5 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Remove the plum skins and puree the fruit in a blender or press through a strainer until smooth in consistency.
- Mix the fruit puree and yogurt together.
- Appropriate for babies 8-10 months
