Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup melted coconut oil or grass fed butter
  3. 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  4. 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  5. 2 Tbsp Chia
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1/3 cup coconut flour
  8. 2 Tbsp almond flour
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Grind the chia in a coffee grinder (don’t skip this step).
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl including ground chia.
  5. Combine the two mixtures and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into a greased small loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve with butter or almond butter.
