Ingredients
  1. • 1/4 cup (3 oz.) honey
  2. • Salt (just a pinch)
  3. • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  4. • 4 firm but ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  5. • 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Prepare a grill for direct-heat cooking over medium high heat (can also use a stovetop grill pan).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the honey, salt, and pepper. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and place on the grill rack, cut side down. Cover the grill and cook until the peaches just begin to soften 3-4 minutes. Turn peaches and brush with the honey mixture. Cook until tender but not falling apart, 2-3 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
Notes
  1. Serve these peaches alone or alongside vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt! Fantastic!!
