Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of Oatmeal, plain
- 1/4 cup of Runamok Maple ginger root infused Syrup (Available at The Manassero Farms Irvine Market)
- 1/2 cup lightly packed Brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 tbs sea salt
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds - plain
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Spread into a large baking pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment or non stick foil.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Turn off the oven and let it sit for about an hour or more to crisp up.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Add to yogurt or eat it plain!
