Ingredients
  1. 2.5 cups of Oatmeal, plain
  2. 1/4 cup of Runamok Maple ginger root infused Syrup (Available at The Manassero Farms Irvine Market)
  3. 1/2 cup lightly packed Brown sugar
  4. 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  5. 1 tbs sea salt
  6. 1 tbs cinnamon
  7. 3/4 cup chopped almonds - plain
  8. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. Spread into a large baking pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment or non stick foil.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Turn off the oven and let it sit for about an hour or more to crisp up.
  4. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Notes
  1. Add to yogurt or eat it plain!
