Lunchtime Quicky in The Barn with “The Farmer’s Wife and The French Chef” – December 1st, 2015

The Meal

It was a packed and happy house today at the farm! Guests from every walk of life enjoyed Chef Pascal’s cooking demonstrations, wit, charm, and his amazing meal.  The lunch consisted of green bean salad with red onions, carrots, and beets…along with blood orange dressing. Grilled Salmon seasoned with turmeric among other secret ingredients, a silky mushroom soup, and perfect apple tart! In between bites guests were dazzled by “The Farmer’s Wife’s” holiday vignettes at every corner and turn. Even the toddlers peered at the ladder hanging from the “barn” ceiling pondering if it was there for their climbing enjoyment.  Twas a unique experience and amazing lunch for all!
